Little Miss Poppy is just darling. Every shoot I've done with her she just smiles and smiles! These pictures were taken in
Blank Space Studios in American Fork, Utah (My favorite
indoor photography studio!) for her first birthday.
For a
first birthday photoshoot, you should bring multiple outfits to change into, as well as any blanket or stuffed animals or anything else they are attached to. You want this to be a memory of how they were in their first year of life. For Poppy, her parents brought about 5 outfits, a special blanket, and a stuffed bunny that she loved. We got some adorable pictures of her hugging the bunny super aggressively and lovingly! It was so funny and really showed her personality.
I love how
indoor photography studios offer multiple backdrops and props in one space. Its a great way to shoot in the winter, or something like this where you will want lots of different types of pictures.
