Salt Lake County Family Photographer at White Pines Trailhead
This location is easy to access up
Little Cottonwood Canyon near Salt Lake City Utah. It requires some walking along a dirt trail, but not too much. This is a trailhead, so you might see a lot of hikers and a lot of cars, but there usually aren't too many people taking pictures here. This location is best when leaves are on the trees, in the summer or fall.
There are NO dogs allowed in little cottonwood canyon.
I have taken this familys pictures one other time and our session was freezing, right during snowy winter. It was a fun change to do them when it was still warm and we had beautiful fall colors in the Little Cottonwood Canyon.
Since this was a mini session, we didn't move around a lot but I love this little opening in the white aspen trees where it looks like they are completely surrounded by them.
