I love shooting at the
Great Saltair in
Salt Lake City. We walked back to the
Salt Lake and it is just stunning!! It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the
salt lake from the
great saltair parking lot.
Great Saltair Family Photography
This
family photography session at the great saltair was actually a mini session, but we might have gone over a little with all the walking. The sunsets are always so beautiful when we have some clouds in the sky. We were lucky to have an overcast evening so it gave it this dark and dreary look that actually turned out really cool!
These were taken in November, and when its cold outside you don't need to worry about bugs, which is great! We also didnt get in the water since it was so cold, so no need to bring towels or a pair of shoes for this session, however it was a little muddy so its never a bad idea to bring extra shoes just in case.
Elegant and Formal Family Pictures
When Daphni told me she wanted to dress really formal and elegant for these pictures at the
great saltair, I just knew they would turn out stunning! Shes so great at dressing herself and her family! I love the all-black formal look. Her long silk dress with an amazing lace up back was gorgeous. I loved the high slit to show her shoes and leg in the pictures. The boys looked so handsome in their ties!
