Pleasant Grove Family Photographer
This location is found near
Pleasant Grove, Utah right next to American Fork and is so perfect for
family photography and even
mini sessions. It is easy to get to, right below a park. You will have to walk down a little dirt path but nothing too steep, although I would consider this too steep for anyone who isn't sturdy on their feet. There is a big field with lots of sage colored brush and trees. There is also a golden or green (depending on the time of year) field with the prettiest lighting. This location does not change colors in the fall, so its also a great spot for those who do not want fall colors, but have their session scheduled in September to October or early November. These pictures were taken in November, when everything else had died and hadn't snowed yet, and the park still looked great!

Family Mini sessions are a great way to get your family pictures done in a more casual, less expensive way. These quick 20 minute sessions will still get you some family shots, posed and candid, individuals of your kids, kids together, and mom and dad. Sometimes we have some time for mom/girls and dad/boys, or something similar. The difference is that with full sessions we will get way more of all the poses mentioned, plus more. And lots more of the family playing. I typically have more time to move around more and get a wider variety of backgrounds. But I have found that mini sessions (especially in the winter) work super well with the little ones!
